Shelly Garrett Memorial Scholarship

Shelly Garrett was a beloved member of the Linn County community who passed away suddenly in 2019. She served on the LBCC Board of Education and as the Executive Director of the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce. This scholarship was created in her honor.

The scholarship is intended to aid and assist students from Lebanon and East Linn County.

To qualify applicants must be full-time degree-seeking LBCC students or OSU/LBCC dual enrolled students. Applicants must be Linn County residents with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Awards may be used for, but not limited to, tuition/fees, books, living expenses and/or special needs. Scholarship recipients are required to attend the Lebanon Community Distinguished Service Awards.
