Voiture Local 891 Memorial Scholarship

The Voiture Local 891 Memorial Scholarship was established in 2014. This scholarship is possible thanks to the generous members of the Lebanon American Legion Post 51’s support with funding coming from the group’s Bingo nights. This scholarship is to support student currently in their 2nd year of the automotive program at the Advanced Technology & Transportation Center (ATTC) in Lebanon. Preference is given to a student who is a veteran.

The 2nd year Automotive student must have a minimum of 2.8 GPA and demonstrate community involvement. Preference is given to a student who is a veteran or who is the offspring of a veteran or has a Veteran Spouse (Military Discharge Form DD214 must be provided). Must should financial need. The student must be enrolled full time in the Automotive Program’s second year. Award is paid out to student for Spring term and can be used to living expenses or other financial needs.

Award Selection Priorities:
1. Any US Veteran residing in Linn County.
2. Spouse or offspring of of US Veteran residing in Linn County. This includes grandchildren, great-grand children (also includes children and step children).
