Sally Louise Andrews Memorial Scholarship

Sally Louise Andrews taught international business at Linn-Benton Community College until she died unexpectedly on her birthday in 2011. Sally was raised in Hillsboro, Oregon and attended the University of Colorado for her undergraduate degree and attended Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management in Arizona. Her early working years found her with the J.C. Penny Company and the United Banks of Colorado in Denver.

Her career took her to North Carolina where she worked at Automatic Data Processing and taught at Central Piedmont Community College. At the community college, she saw the opportunities for women in international business. Sally moved to the Netherlands where she taught in an international business school and worked on a doctorate degree. After six years abroad, Sally returned to Oregon and began teaching at Linn-Benton Community College.
