The Esta Rose Fund is from the Oregon Community Foundation to help support LBCC students in need. The Oregon Community Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of all Oregonians and create lasting, transformative change.

Recipient must show financial need
May be a dual-enrolled student
GPA 2.5
Scholarship can be used for tuition, books, childcare, and living expenses
Award amount: $2500.00
Number of awards available: 2
Apply fall term
Terms to be paid: winter, spring
Student must submit a thank you letter and attend the annual Scholarship Reception
