The Mid-Valley STEM-CTE Hub Scholarship

The Mid-Valley STEM-CTE Hub Scholarship will be awarded to one (1) 2024 graduating senior from a Linn or Benton County high school that has completed all requirements and has been accepted to a selected CTE program at LBCC for CTE Signing Day.

Amount: One scholarship for $2500 ($1250 each year for two years). Payment will be made directly to LBCC on behalf of the scholarship winner.

Use: Tuition, Books, Supplies, Materials, Tools, Lab Fees

Minimum HS GPA: 2.5
LBCC CTE Program Acceptance Attendance at LBCC CTE Signing Day

LBCC Programs: Scholarship applicants must provide program acceptance letter into one of the following two-year programs:

Accounting Technology Automotive Technology
Culinary Arts
Machine Tool Technology Mechatronics/Industrial Automation Technology Networking & Systems Administration
Non-Destructive Testing and Evaluation Practical Business Management Welding and Fabrication Technology

Renewal: Second year payment dependent upon successful completion of prior year. 1st year transcript copy must be provided to the Mid-Valley STEM-CTE Hub by July 1, 2025. Minimum hours: full time enrollment as defined by LBCC. Minimum GPA of 2.50.

Selection Process: The MVSCH Advisory Committee will make the final selection.
