Corvallis Elks Charity Trust Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to LBCC students from Benton County in securing vocational, professional technical or job training education/skills. Award dependent upon sufficient funding. NOTE: Students in an extended high school program are not eligible.

This scholarship does not require enrollment in a particular subject or program.
Recipient must show financial need
Must be Oregon Resident
Benton County residence required
Requires a minimum GPA of 2.50
Student’s year at LBCC when receiving award: No Preference
Applicant/recipient must be a United States citizen. Recipient must submit a thank-you letter to the Corvallis Elks Lodge through the LBCC Foundation prior to receiving the award. (The LBCC Foundation will forward the letter to the Elks.)
Scholarships can be used for: tuition/fees, books, childcare, living expenses and/or special needs
Award Amount: $1,320.00
Number of Awards available: 1
Student can receive scholarship multiple times
Apply during Spring Term
Enrollment requirement per term: 12 or more credit hours
Term(s) award to be paid: Fall, Winter, Spring.
Attendance is required at Recipient must attend a Corvallis Elks Lodge event during the year.
